Filling level monitoring
so you can keep an eye on your pellet stock
The ROTATING WING SENSOR
Selective filling level monitoring for any silo type
Multi-functional, robust and reliable – the A.B.S. rotating wing sensor is a level measurement device to detect limit levels in silos and containers. The rotating wing principle is ideal for indicating full, demand or empty levels.
And this is how easily the indicator functions as a complete indicator:
The motion of a motorized, rotating measuring wing is impeded when it is covered with wood pellets. This creates torque which is transformed into an electric signal, e.g. as a lamp lighting up.
And as an indicator for an empty container:
Once the pellets no longer cover the measuring wing, the switch is reset to its original position via a spring. The output signal is then switched again.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Use to signal full, demand or empty levels
- High level of reliability for low-maintenance continuous operation
- Easy installation and operation
- Notification level can be selected as required
The A.B.S. WEIGHING SYSTEM
Weighing systems show the pellet level at any time
Weighing cells do not touch the wood pellets, avoiding any problems with incorrect measurements through discharge cones or the formation of bridges or funnels in silos.
You can choose between 2 versions:
Continuous filling level monitoring in a simple form|close
The A.B.S. weighing system in a simple design allows you to easily and reliably check the pellet supply in your fabric silo.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Clearly arranged LCD display (DAT100)
- Easy installation and operation
- Measurement accurate to 100 kg
The A.B.S. WEIGHING SYSTEM COMFORT
The continuous fill level monitoring with demand indicator provides a signal of your choosing to indicate the current storage level
The new A.B.S. Comfort weighing system enables you to check your pellet supply in your fabric silo without interruptions and you can set the demand notification by entering a variable value.
When the level falls below the set minimum, a defined signal triggers an alarm. As a standard, a buzzer sounds as an acoustic signal. This signal can be acknowledged with a button. Furthermore, the signal is provided via a floating contact for processing by the customer. This allows the demand notification to be e.g. displayed as a visual signal anywhere in the building or integrated into a modern smart home system.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Clearly arranged LCD display (DAT500) integrated into control unit
- Easy installation and reliable operation
- Individually adjustable demand or alarm notification
