Flexible solutions for transport and temporary storage

A.B.S. Flex Containers are optimally suited to the intermediate storage of products within manufacturing processes. They essentially consist of a steel frame, a flexible container sack and a shut-off device.

The Flex Containers are manufactured individually in accordance with customer wishes and are adapted to suit the respective task in terms of composition of material, choice of shut-off device and discharge aid. With appropriate zone division, these containers or system components are manufactured in accordance with the regulations of the ATEX guideline.

It is also possible to equip high-tech polyester fabrics in accordance with fire class DIN 4102 B2.

The advantages of A.B.S. Flex-Containers:

> Can be used either as mobile or stationary units depending on area of application and task
> Their stackability means that existing space height can be maximal utilised
> Crane transport possible without difficulties
> The fabrics used are selected exactly in accordance with the requirements of your bulk goods: In this way, e.g. coated and uncoated fabrics as well as versions approved for food or electrically conducting versions are available
> Thanks to their flexible walls the containers have very good flow-out characteristics. For goods that are difficult to discharge the containers can additionally be equipped with effective  A.B.S. discharge aids
> Free choice of shut-off and emptying devices
